Simply

Aidan makes me want to pull my hair out these days, as I've written about already, probably ad nauseum.  He really does though.  But I love him and he can be really sweet sometimes.  I love how he sometimes call Emily "my baby".

"Mommy, my baby is sad!"  Such sweetness.

I hope that I remember those sweet times more than I remember everything else and that my frustrations with him now don't color the rest of his life and our relationship with negativity.  He is my baby, after all.

I think most moms of toddlers feel the same way. And usually, they don't end up harboring toddler-years-related rage at their children from what I'm told... or at least from what I hope.
